不稳定的工作、无保障的工人:转型中的雇佣关系

摘要

自20世纪70年代以来,不稳定的工作日益增多,这已经成为当代政治、媒体和研究者关注的焦点。不确定与不可预测的工作与二战后的30年间工作相对稳定的特征形成了鲜明的对比。不稳定的工作构成了一项全球性的挑战,社会学家持续关注这些挑战带来的广泛影响。因此,如何理解这些新的工作场所安排就变得越来越重要,这些安排不仅带来了不稳定的工作,而且使工人得不到相应的保障。那么,是什么产生了不稳定的工作的制度和社会结构?又有哪些文化和个人因素影响了人们对于不确定性的认知与反应?对劳动关系的考察成为研究这些问题的基石。
