组织性别多样性对专业技术人员社会网络的影响

摘要

本文根据组织行为学的理论,以“第三期中国妇女社会地位调查”专业技术人员数据为基础,研究组织性别多样性对我国专业技术人员社会网络的影响。研究发现:性别多样性与女性社会网络的活跃性正相关,但不影响男性的社会网络;性别多样性与社会网络对女性的排斥负相关。
