摘要

重庆作为中西部唯一的直辖市，区位优势独特而重要、体制平台优势突出、城市服务配套完善，但也存在对外开放通道不足、创新能力不突出、集聚辐射能力不强等问题。未来重庆应分三个循序渐进的阶段，从构建国家中心城市的城市新空间、加快城市重大基础和功能性设施建设、提升城市对外交往中心能力水平，以及提升城市创新能力和创新体系建设等角度打造国家重要中心城市。
