心理与行为问题及其与学习成绩的关系

摘要

学生心理健康水平与学习成绩的关系逐渐受到研究者的重视。为了解郑州市一至二年级小学生的心理健康状况与学习成绩的关系,研究团队采用长处和困难问卷(Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire,SDQ)、PROMIS抑郁量表、儿科症状量表(Pediatric Symptom Checklist-17,PSC-17)和父母压力指数问卷简版(Parenting Stress Index-Short Form,PSI-SF-15)对918名一至二年级小学生进行调查,并收集了其语文和数学成绩(寒假期末成绩)。结果发现,通过SDQ量表测量的情绪症状、多动、同伴交往问题与语文成绩和数学成绩呈显著负相关。抑郁量表得分与学生的语文成绩和数学成绩呈显著负相关。从PSC量表看,注意力问题、内化问题和外化问题以及总分都与学生的语文成绩和数学成绩呈显著负相关。从父母压力指数量表看,亲子互动失调、困难儿童两个维度与学生的语文成绩和数学成绩呈显著负相关,育儿压力与小学生的数学成绩呈显著负相关。将各量表维度转化为T分数进行分组比较,结果发现,SDQ量表、PSC量表、抑郁量表以及PSI量表测评的不同程度的心理问题与养育压力对小学生语文和数学成绩有影响,表现为心理与行为问题较多的学生语文和数学成绩较低。未来可以尝试通过提升学生的心理健康水平来改善其学习成绩。
