高等教育过程中性别差异的国际研究

摘要

女大学生是中国女性高层次人才的重要后备力量。伴随着越来越多的女性进入高等学校的大门,我们需要进一步关注高等教育过程中的性别差异问题。本文通过介绍西方女性主义学者对传统人的发展理论的批判,以及对高等教育过程中存在的性别差异及其影响因素的分析,以期对中国女性高层后备人才培养机制的发展有所启发。

作者

石彤 ,教授,硕士生导师。曾任中华女子学院社会工作学院副院长,现任《中华女子学院学报》编辑部主任、主编,中国社会学会理事,妇女/性别社会学专业委员会常务理事、副会长,北京市婚姻家庭研究会副会长。教学和研究领域涉及社会学、社会工作和性别研究。目前讲授社会学概论、女性/性别社会学、数据分析技术等本科生和研究生课程。参与或主持30余项课题,包括联合国课题、国际合作课题、国家级课题、部级课题、市级课题等,其中国家社科基金课题有“中国女性社会学学科化的知识建构”,第二届、第三届和第四届“中国妇女社会地位调查”,“新时期高校贫困女生弱势处境和社会支持研究”,担任多项课题的顾问。完成50余项科研成果,出版专著、教材,发表学术论文和研究报告,代表著作《中国社会转型时期的社会排挤》。学术论文和研究报告获得14项奖励。
