性别隔离对女性专业技术人员职业发展的影响

摘要

本文从性别隔离角度,对造成专业技术人员男女职业发展分化的原因进行分析。研究发现,性别隔离对女性专业技术人员的职业发展有重要影响;组织内人员性别结构均衡发展对提高组织运作效率有积极影响。
