中国图书馆员职业的数据素养要求

摘要

近年来,数据素养、大数据以及其他数据相关的概念在中国图书情报学科成为热门的研究内容。随着数据时代的来临,人们对于信息的需求不断地更新、对于服务行业的要求也不断变化,导致行业的岗位职责和岗位类型需要不断改变和更新。如今,在中国越来越多的图书情报机构要求职员有处理数据和管理数据的能力,但目前中国的图书情报院系仍未对数据科学的课程设置达成一致的意见。2016年11月,亚太地区图书情报与档案管理学科评估会议(The Asia-Pacific Congress on Information Discipline Review,以下简称CIDR)在中山大学资讯管理学院召开,并且见证了这分歧。具体表现在部分图书情报院系仍然保守地坚持着原有的课程设置以及教学方案,而一些院系则已经开始把“资讯管理”这一概念替换掉,以一个新称谓作为替代——数据管理。

张靖 女,历史学博士。中山大学教授、博士生导师,资讯管理学院常务副院长。兼任国际图联(IFLA)标准委员会委员、学校图书馆专业委员会委员,中国图书馆学会图书馆学教育委员会副主任、目录学研究委员会副主任,广东图书馆学会副理事长、学术委员会主任。主要学科方向为公共文化服务与管理、文化遗产整理与保护。主持国家级科研项目5项,包括国家社科基金重大项目1项。
